King & Richards Family Trees

Because “William King” is not a sufficiently unique name in England, it has been virtually impossible to trace the ancestry of William Stuart King (1842-1910), Flora’s father. However, Flora’s maternal ancestors are descendants of Charles Richards of Cornwall, England; and, we have included that family tree.

Descendants of: Charles Richards

Charles Richards was from a well established family of Cornwall, and may have been a sea-captain. Maria Adelaide was only 13 when they married. He put her in school in Cornwall.
