1864: Founded by the Barclay family
1896: Bought by John E. Benitz - 10,125 hectares.
1916: JEBz died, managed by Robert P. Macintosh
1928: Macintosh retired; John Bz became manager
1933: Mismanaged, ½ (5,000 h.) was sold
    Each of JEBz’s children received 1,250 h.
1952: JBz sold his share (including the casco)
