Howard Webster & Jo Benitz were married on Wednesday 22nd of February, 1922, at “Villa Josefina” in Cruz Grande (La Cumbre), Córdoba.  They made their home at “La Gloria”, Jo’s quarter share of “Los Algarrobos”, inherited from her father, John E. Benitz.  Per the photos, we realised there were two “La Gloria” estancia houses.  We suspect the first was an improved puesto (section house), per windmill & size – see photos.  In about 1930-33, half of “Los Algarrobos” was sold to pay debts, likely requiring Howard & Jo to move.  The second house, per photos of building materials, appears to have been newly built.
